Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice applies to telecosys.com and to information submitted through the contact form on this site. It does not cover data processed under a commercial agreement between Telecosys and a client or a data provider; that is governed by the relevant contract.

What we collect

• Information you submit in the contact form: your role, name, company, business email, market or coverage, and the message you write.
• If you email us directly, the contents of that correspondence.

We do not ask for personal information beyond this, and you should not include sensitive personal data in a message to us.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether a commercial conversation makes sense, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any commercial relationship that follows. Where no relationship develops, we delete the enquiry when it is no longer useful to keep.

Who it is shared with

Only with the Telecosys personnel handling your enquiry, and with service providers that operate our email and website infrastructure on our behalf. We do not share enquiry information with data providers or clients unless you ask us to make an introduction.

Third-party services on this site

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server that includes your IP address. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to partnerships@telecosys.com and we will respond.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
